When you request a Free AI Audit, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your business email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your company name or website URL
- The operational bottlenecks you select
Purpose of Processing
We use this data exclusively to:
- Evaluate workflow automation opportunities for your business
- Deliver your Free AI Audit and ROI breakdown
- Schedule follow-up strategy sessions, if you want one
AI Model Transparency & Processing
Customer data submitted through this website is never used to train public foundation models (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). All processing utilizes enterprise API endpoints with zero-retention policies where applicable.
Third-Party Processors
We work with a small number of carefully selected processors:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — secure storage of audit request records
- Communication tools — email and scheduling used to deliver your audit
Your Rights
Under AVG / GDPR Articles 15–17 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted immediately.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@osirissystems.nl from the address you used for your audit. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
